Responsibilities of Membership
- Financial: Members will be asked to purchase a voting share and may receive donation requests for co-op projects.
- Participatory Governance: Members are expected to attend member meetings, vote, and will have the opportunity to serve on the board.
- Standards of Conduct: Members value and uphold regenerative practices, transparency, and economic justice.
Producer Members
Farmers and foragers contribute cultivated or foraged mushrooms to the cooperative.

- Access to co-op sourced mushrooms and ingredients.
- Sales and group marketing through the cooperative site
- Influence over processing standards, quality, and product lines.
Contribution: Annual $400 · Lifetime $2,500. Annual auto-converts after 7 years.

For $100/yr or $600 for a lifetime, consumer membership includes:
