Delays & Unattended Orders
In rare cases where an order takes longer than five (5) weeks to ship:
- If there has been no email communication from the customer during that time, the order will be considered unattended
- Unattended orders exceeding five weeks may be refunded at our discretion
This policy exists to responsibly close stalled orders when customer communication is absent.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
